Who is Marija?

Marija is a world class professional fighter, with a career that spans over ten years. As a 2x World K1 Champion (Superkombat, FIBA), 1x Muay Thai European Champion (WPKC) and 1x K1 European Champion (KLeague), she has reached the peak of Muay Thai and K1 and is now committed to making the transition into professional boxing.

Originally from Croatia, she has lived, trained and fought all over the world. Most notably, Marija spent four years in Amsterdam training at the world-famous Vos Gym House of Legends before moving to Thailand to hone her craft at the Look Yamo training camp in Nakon Ratchasima.

Marija made her professional boxing debut (as a lightweight) in November 2017 in Singapore, whilst training in Thailand. She is now based in West London, and has been working as a personal trainer whilst getting experience in the amateur ranks of boxing. She trains at the famous Peacock Gym in Canning Town and is coached by the gifted Brian O’Shaughnessy.

Marija is passionate about fighting and has shown a tireless dedication to training and improving her performance in the ring.
